- 3–4 weeks for larger groups or customised events

- Workshops & tastings: 60–120 minutes
- Food tours: 3–4 hours
- Private dining experiences: 2–4 hours

- Under 20 guests: Changes up to 1 week before
- 20+ guests: Changes at least 2 weeks before
What is your cancellation policy?
For private group bookings:
- 30+ days: Full refund
- 15–29 days: 75% refund
- 8–14 days: 50% refund
- Less than 8 days: No refund
If you’d like to reschedule instead, we’ll do our best to accommodate a new date.
